Marcovici, Ruben. Passed away on November 24, 2011.Beloved husband of Margaret Reid. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Jason and Carolyn, Shauna and Mitchell, Darryl and Marie, Stephen and Hayley, and Andrea. Cherished grandfather of Brandon, Mariah, Eliana, Joshua, Siegal, Tyler, Kate, Ashley, Andrew, and Jake. Survived by his sisters Sophie (Albert) Cohen and Hannah (Berman) Efraim, and brothers Itzhak and Shalom (Jean). He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Steeles Memorial Chapel, 350 Steeles Ave. West, Thornhill. Interment to follow at Pardes Chaim Cemetery, Community section. Shiva to be observed at 10 Pannahill Rd., Toronto. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society 1-800-268-8874.

YELLAN, Harvey - Harvey Yellan, 70, passed away peacefully September 10, 2011 at North York General Hospital. Harvey, the husband of the late Heather Yellan is survived by his son Scott Yellan; and his spouse Annabella Yellan; sister Renee Joseph; brother Jerry Yellan and four wonderful grandchildren Lauren, Jack, Claire and Olivia who were the love of his life.
